Submission Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This policy applies to manuscripts, book proposals, sample chapters, articles, creative contributions, ghostwriting enquiries, and other materials submitted to Senliz Publication.
Initial Submissions
The public submission form may be used to send an enquiry, synopsis, proposal, sample, or description of a project.
Do not send a complete manuscript or large file unless the form provides an upload option or Senliz specifically requests the file and provides an approved method for sending it.
Do not submit original physical documents or the only copy of any work.
Your Rights
You retain copyright and ownership of your submitted work.
By submitting material, you give Senliz limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, copy, and review the material and, where reasonably necessary, share it with trusted editorial or production collaborators solely for evaluation and related communication.
No copyright, publishing right, translation right, adaptation right, or commercial right is transferred by submitting material.
Publication, production, distribution, translation, licensing, ghostwriting, or paid services require a separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities
By submitting material, you confirm that:
- you have the right and authority to submit it;
- it does not unlawfully copy another person’s work;
- it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or intellectual-property rights;
- it does not contain malicious software or unlawful material;
- the information provided with the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You remain responsible for keeping your own backup copies.
Review and Decisions
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, representation, payment, detailed feedback, or a response within a specific period.
Senliz may accept, reject, request further information about, archive, or discontinue consideration of a submission based on editorial, legal, practical, production, or commercial considerations.
A submission does not create a contractual, agency, employment, partnership, or confidential relationship.
Confidentiality
We handle submissions with reasonable care. However, submitting material does not automatically create a non-disclosure agreement.
Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose. Where additional confidentiality protection is required, a separate written agreement may be arranged before sensitive material is provided.
Simultaneous Submissions
Work may be submitted elsewhere while it is under consideration by Senliz. The submitter should notify Senliz if the work is accepted, contracted, or published elsewhere.
Withdrawal
A submission may be withdrawn by contacting:
We will take reasonable steps to stop further review and delete relevant working copies, subject to legal obligations, administrative records, technical backups, and any existing written agreement.
