We may collect:

• information provided through contact, submission, publishing-service, or digital-book request forms;
• project descriptions, proposals, manuscript samples, attachments, and related correspondence;
• basic technical information processed for website operation and security, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry or project.

We may use your information to:

• respond to enquiries;
• review submissions and publishing proposals;
• manage editorial, publishing, ghostwriting, and related services;
• provide requested materials;
• operate and protect the website;
• meet contractual, administrative, and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with trusted service providers or collaborators involved in website hosting, email, secure storage, administration, editorial review, or delivery of a requested service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also request restriction of certain processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Senliz Library is our EPUB reader app for Android and iOS. The app collects nothing.

No data collection. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to anyone else.

Your content stays on your device. Books you import, together with your bookmarks, highlights, notes, reading progress, and settings, are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We have no access to them.

No internet connection. The app works entirely offline and never contacts a server — ours or anyone else's. It has no way to send your reading anywhere. If you tap a link inside a book, it opens in your device's own browser, where that website's policies apply.

File access. Books are imported only through the system document picker or files you explicitly share with the app. The app requests no storage permissions and cannot browse your files on its own.

Sharing and export. When you share a note or a highlight, or export a backup file of your library, you pick the destination yourself through your device's own share sheet or file picker. Those copies leave the app, and this policy no longer covers them.

Device backup. If you use your device's own backup service (such as Android device backup), the app's data may be included in your personal device backup, under your own account.

Deleting the app. Removing the app deletes its local data from your device. Because none of that data ever reaches us, we hold nothing about app users to export or erase.

Children. The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes — for the website or for the Senliz Library app — the updated text will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
